THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE AMANTEX
Behind every piece that leaves our gates is a worker who chose Amantex over the alternatives — and a company that owes them a working environment worth coming back to. This page is how we keep ourselves honest about that commitment.
The Story of Bangladesh, The Story of Amantex.
Bangladesh's ready-made garment industry is built on a workforce of approximately four million people — and roughly 80% of them are women. For a country where women's economic participation lagged for generations, the RMG sector has been one of the most powerful engines of female economic empowerment in modern South Asia.
Amantex stands fully inside that story. The women on our knitting floors, our cutting tables, our sewing lines, and increasingly in our supervisory and quality leadership roles are the operational backbone of this company. They aren't peripheral to the operation — they are the operation.
Women workers at Amantex aren't just earning — they're sending children to school, building savings, accessing healthcare for the first time, and changing the economic trajectory of their families. That is what we mean when we say we're in the business of alleviating poverty through employment. The work matters because the workers matter.

Our CSR programs extend the Amantex commitment to dignified work into the surrounding Gazipur community. Through Aman Group's broader CSR architecture, we contribute to education for workers' children, healthcare access for low-income families, and skill development for young people entering the industrial workforce.
Better learning opportunities for workers' children.
Medical camps and support for low-income families.
Training and skill programs for youth in the community.
